The Beginning of Tasty Tongue
Tasty Tongue a homegrown brand of Prean Organics is in the manufacturing business of artisanal Pickles (Achar) and Relish (Chutney) with traditional and heirloom recipes. The story of Tasty Tongue began in the year 2020 when two good food crafters, Mrs. Preeti Kulshrestha and Mrs. Shilpi Kulshrestha, both avid food connoisseurs, decided to turn their passion for pickles into a business.
Challenges and Motivation
Their journey wasn't without its challenges. Both got the idea to start as soon as Shilpi’s husband didn’t get salary for 3 consecutive months during Covid and Preeti lost her dear husband due to a sudden heart attack in 2018. Starting a small business from scratch required dedication, hard work, and perseverance. But fuelled by their love for food and a desire to share their culinary creations with the world, Preeti and Shilpi poured their hearts and souls into their venture.

Word quickly spread about the mouthwatering pickles crafted by the Kulshrestha duo. From Heeng Aam Ka Teekha Achar to Khatte Teekhi Tamatar Lehsun ki Chutney (Pachadi), each jar was bursting with flavor and made with care.
